Teller Prompt System

Teller Prompt systems are a solution to the problem of managing customer traffic flow in a stand up waiting environment. These systems allow for smooth flow of customer traffic to servers by clearly identifying the available server as well as making the server's job less stressful. As customers reach the end of the line, the director directs them to an available server with a flashing light controlled by the prompter. The server doesn't need to verbally call the next customer and when the customer reaches the server, the prompter detects the customer and automatically turns the light off. As soon as the customer leaves the server, the prompter flashes the light and the director directs the next customer in line to the available server. Relaxed customers meeting relaxed servers creates a more enjoyable experience.
